No returns, refunds or exchanges for now: as a sole trader, this is not financially viable for me.  However, utmost care will be taken to ensure the product is in perfect and pristine condition and that there is no damage to any of the products as they are prepared for delivery.  

If you are local to Ireland, I am happy to work with you to find a way to hand the items to you (either handover in person, or drop off somewhere you can pick them up from, or just pick up from me directly).  Alternatively, I can post to you but will have to charge for shipping.

If you are based outside Ireland, I am happy to work with you to find the best way to deliver the items to you.
