YIN Within....

50 Hrs of Yin Yoga

Welcome to the Daoist way of Yin

Yin Yoga  is a practice of attentive stillness and deep listening. Rooted in Daoist philosophy, Yin invites us to move beneath the surface of the body and into the quieter layers where Qi flows, emotions settle, and inner wisdom becomes clear. Instead of pushing or striving, the Daoist way of Yin teaches us to soften, yield, and follow the natural intelligence of the body. It honours the meridians, the organs, and the cyclical rhythms of nature, helping us reconnect to balance, rest, and the slower truths we often overlook. Yin becomes a path of presence: a space where the body unwinds, the mind quietens, and you return to a way of being that is spacious, intuitive, and deeply human.

Course Description

This 50-Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training is an immersive journey into the Daoist roots of Yin Yoga - exploring the meridian pathways, Qi flow, organ health, meditation, and the art of teaching & holding space.

This training places emphasis on energetic anatomy, meridians, chakras, subtle body practices and the centering of Teaching Yin. You will learn how Yin shapes interact with the inner pathways of Qi, how to guide students into stillness safely, and how to cultivate a grounded presence that supports transformation. This course blends theory with embodied experience - giving you the tools, confidence and clarity to teach Yin in a way that feels intelligent, intentional, and deeply supportive.

Over three immersive weekends, you’ll learn how to confidently teach Yin Yoga classes, design energetically intelligent sequences, understand the subtle body, and support your students through deep rest and release.

This training is more than a certification. It is an exploration of slowness, surrender, inner listening  - and the quiet strength that grows from stillness.
